Malvern College Egypt’s Inauguration Word by

His Royal Highness Prince Michael of Kent was among the British dignitaries who attended the Signing Ceremony of Malvern College Egypt. His Highness addressed the attendees by saying: “First of all, I'd like to express my great joy and pleasure to find myself in Cairo once again. I'm delighted to be invited by Azazy Group to join you at this signing ceremony for the launch of Malvern College Egypt, in New Cairo, which is due to open September 2016. Currently, there are a total of 39 overseas campuses associated with British Schools that are members of Britain’s Independent Schools Council. These campuses educate over 22000 pupils worldwide.

I've been strongly committed to sharing with other countries the excellent independent British Education system. I understand that the majority of Malvern College Egypt pupils’ intake will be Egyptian Nationals which I find very promising. I am personally associated with British schools in the United States, Russia and the Emirates and I find that these schools increase enthusiasm and make substantial contributions to these countries.

Malvern College Egypt will be able to act as a source of knowledge to international education. So, I would like to congratulate the Azazy Group for taking the initiative to invite Malvern College UK to become established in New Cairo and I take this opportunity to give you all my best wishes for what I am sure will be a highly successful future of working together.”
