    • 1958: Tarek Ben Zied School was founded. This is the first private school not affiliated to a church or religious organization.
    • 1967: Riyad Private Secondary School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory – Secondary – Commercial Secondary) was launched.
    • 1970: Nahdat Ain Shams School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory - Secondary – Commercial Secondary) was founded.
    • 1981: Al Alson Language School was established. This is a private K-12 school where English is the language of instruction.
    • 1982: Al Alson Language Secondary School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory – Secondary – Commercial Secondary) was founded.
    • 1986: Al Alson Secondary School for Hotel and Tourism (3-year system) was launched.
    • 1987: Al Alson Secondary School for Hotel and Tourism (5-year system) was opened.
    • 1990: Al Alson Modern School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory – Secondary) was established.
    • 1992: Al-Alson Higher Institutes were founded.
    • 1998: Al Alson High School for Computers and Electronics (3-year system) was opened. Leaders School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory – Secondary) was also founded.
    • 2006: Future University in Egypt was established and offers bachelors and post-graduate degrees in Oral and Dental Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Industries, Engineering and Technology, Economics and Political Science, Commerce and Business Administration as well as Computers and Information Technology.
      FUE Dental Hospital and a pharmaceutical Factory for Industrial Training were also founded to provide students with hands-on experience.
    • 2014: Malvern College Egypt was established
    • 2016: Malvern College Egypt opened its doors to its first student intake
